The “Prepare for Final Destination 3 Sweepstakes” (the "Sweepstakes") is intended for participation only in the United States and shall be construed according to, and governed exclusively by, United States law. Do not participate in the Promotion if you are not a legal resident of the United States physically located in the United States at the time of entry or do not fall within the eligibility requirements set forth in the Official Rules below.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The ”Prepare for Final Destination 3 Sweepstakes” (the "Sweepstakes") consists of several separate online sweepstakes (each, an "Alliance Partner Sweepstakes") hosted by independent online websites (each, an "Online Alliance Partner") and an overall Grand Prize Sweepstakes that is designed to combine all the Alliance Partner Sweepstakes entries into a single grand prize drawing. The Promotion begins at each Alliance Partner Website on or about January 13, 2006 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 19, 2006 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted by each Online Alliance Partner to select winners of various prizes being, as set forth more fully below. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Online Alliance Partner for the Alliance Partner Sweepstakes being entered and New Line Productions, Inc., 116 N. Robertson Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90048 ("New Line") for all other aspects of the Promotion, which decisions shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the United States who are seventeen (17) years of age or older are eligible to enter. Officers, directors and employees of New Line, each Online Alliance Partner and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and promotion agencies, (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize.

HOW TO ENTER:

Online: To enter online, visit an Online Alliance Partner's website – including: www.horrorchannel.com, www.bloodydisgusting.com, www.horrorview.com, www.chud.com, www.monstersatplay.com, www.houseofhorrors.com, www.creature-corner.com, www.everythingscary.com, www.after-darkness.com, www.allhorrormovies.com, www.atrocitiescinema.com, www.campblood.org, www.gdarkness.com, www.esplatter.com, www.countgore.com, www.ohmygore.com, www.pitofhorror.com, www.thevideograveyard.com, www.upcominghorrormovies.com, www.wheelsofterror.com, horror.about.com, www.rue-morgue.com, www.diabolical-dominion.com, www.horrormovienews.com -- (each, an "Alliance Website"), and complete the entry form with the information requested. Click "Submit Entry" and you will be entered into the Alliance Partner Sweepstakes being hosted there. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or e-mail address. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Each Alliance Website's database clock will be the official time keeper for the Alliance Partner Sweepstakes being hosted there. Each person who enters an Alliance Partner Sweepstakes will also be entered into overall Grand Prize Sweepstakes that is designed to combine all the Alliance Partner Sweepstakes entries into a single grand prize drawing, subject to the Alliance Websites' timely transmission of the entrants information to New Line. By entering, each entrant agrees that the Online Alliance Partner may share their personal information with New Line notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the online privacy policy residing on the applicable Alliance Website. All requested information on the entry form at the Alliance Website must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win any of the prizes. New Line is not responsible if any Online Alliance Partner is unable or fails for any reason to provide New Line with the applicable Alliance Partner Sweepstakes entries and such entries will be deemed ineligible for the overall Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Proof of entering information at the Alliance Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by New Line of such entry.

NOTE: Internet entry must be made by the entrant, only at an Alliance Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Promotion. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The random drawings will be conducted by each Online Alliance Partner for the Alliance Partner Sweepstakes and New Line for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, using methods within their sole discretion. The potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or email using the contact information given at the time of entry. The Promotion Entities shall have no liability for any winners notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Efforts will be made to contact up to two (2) potential winners of each prize in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner of the prize in question after such attempts have been made, the applicable prize may go unawarded.

PRIZE/ODDS: For each Alliance Partner Sweepstakes, prizes include the following:

One (1) First Prize is available. Each First Prize consists of one (1) DVD copy of "Final Destination 1”, one (1) DVD copy of "Final Destination 2," one (1) “Final Destination 3” prize pack (whose content(s) will be determined by New Line in its sole discretion), and one (1) “Final Destination 3” poster. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $75.00.

Ten (10) Second Prizes are available. Each Second Prize consists of a "Final Destination 3" prize pack (whose content(s) will be determined by New Line in its sole discretion) and “Final Destination 3” poster. The ARV of each Second Prize is $40.00.

One (1) Grand Prize is available. Grand Prize consists of one (1) Panasonic television and DVD player combination, one (1) Panasonic FX8 digital camera, (1) DVD copy of “Final Destination 1,” and one (1) DVD copy of “Final Destination 2.” The ARV of the Grand Prize is $1000.00. The ARV of electronic prizes are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of the electronics prize package is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will not be entitled to a check or cash for the price difference.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: The prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except New Line reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if the prize(s) listed is/are unavailable for any reason. Prizes will be delivered only to an address in the United States. In the event New Line agrees, in its sole discretion, to deliver a prize to an address outside the United States, the winner of such prize shall be solely responsible for paying all shipping and other costs associated with such delivery. Upon delivery of any of the prizes, New Line will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for such prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person, family or household. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by New Line in its sole discretion. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Potential prize winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). If a winner is not of legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (a "minor"), at New Line’s option, the applicable prize either will be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian of winner, or parent or legal guardian of winner will be required to ratify and sign Prize Claim Documents. If a winner (or, in the case of a minor, such minor's winner's parent or legal guardian) fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within seven (7) days of prize notification (or a shorter time if required by exigencies), the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE/FORCE MAJEURE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for New Line and the applicable Online Alliance Partner to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants (or any minor entrant's parent or legal guardian) agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. New Line assumes no responsibility for any damage to an entrant’s computer system which is occasioned by accessing an Alliance Website or otherwise participating in the Promotion, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Promotion Entities are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Each Online Alliance Partner and New Line reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the Alliance Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and the applicable Online Alliance Partner and New Line reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, any on-line entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account from which it was sent, provided such account holder must still meet the eligibility requirements for the Promotion. The authorized account holder shall be the natural person to whom the applicable email address has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the New Line with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the applicable Online Alliance Partner's or New Line's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Each Online Alliance Partner and New Line reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if they determines, in their sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond their control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein. In the event an Online Alliance Partner or New Line is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within New Line’s control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, the applicable Online Alliance Partner and/or New Line, as applicable, shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, New Line will (if possible) select winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of New Line. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR NEW LINE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.

ARBITRATION PROVISION. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes the entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against, New Line relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (i) the Promotion, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved individually and exclusively by final and binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's ("AAA") Commercial Arbitration Rules as modified by the terms of this Agreement. If an entrant has any questions about the AAA, such entrant may visit the AAA’s website at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California before a single arbitrator and shall be conducted in strict confidence. The arbitrator selected shall be well acquainted with the entertainment industry, and shall not have the power to impose punitive damages. Each party hereby waives any and all rights and benefits which it might otherwise have or be entitled to under federal law or the laws of California or any other state to litigate any such dispute in court, it being the intention of the parties to arbitrate all such disputes. EACH PARTY EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY. The arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and any other agreements the applicable entrant may have entered into with New Line in connection with the Promotion, and shall be final and binding, and shall provide for each party to bear its own costs of arbitration and attorneys’ fees. Judgment upon the award of the arbitrator may be entered or enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. If either party fails to appear at the hearing on the date designated in accordance with the rules of the AAA, or shall otherwise fail to participate in the arbitration proceeding, the arbitrator is hereby empowered to proceed ex parte. If you do not agree to these requirements, do not participate in the Promotion. If any part of this Arbitration Provision is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of this Arbitration Provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
